Your Network Marketing Questions, Answered

Whenever I do a q&a on Instagram Stories, inevitably there’s a massive influx of questions related to my Monat business. This is normal and expected, as I’ve been successful, and a lot of market partners follow along on my journey, on Instagram.⁣

However— a lot of the questions indicate to me that there are many of you out there waiting for some sort of magic potion, magic answer, or permission to work. And that’s exactly the opposite of what should be happening. ⁣

So, I’m gonna answer the most common Q’s here! Save this post for any time you need to re-read it. ❤️⁣

01. 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. ⁣

should they support you? 𝘺𝘦𝘴. ⁣
are they a perk to the business? 𝘺𝘦𝘴! ⁣
are they are great resource? 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦. ⁣

but 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. nothing. your success, your hours worked, your effort put forth, your drive, your critical thinking, your customer service, your ability to access your back office resources and plug into corporate trainings, your knowledge, your paycheck? that’s on you. if you’re waiting on them to roll out the red carpet for you, you’re doing yourself a disservice. stop waiting and get to work! 💪🏼⁣

02. 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. ⁣

check out all the additional posts I have here for you. Read them, reread, take notes, and come back for access to that free info whenever you want. Don’t see what you need? Google it! Seriously! Immerse yourself in knowledge. Learn at least one thing new every day. ⁣

03. 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁. ⁣

Get 👏🏼 to 👏🏼 work. Immerse yourself in the resources available to you, dive the hell in, stop discounting yourself, stop with the excuses, stop it. Show up every day with a passion for helping others, share what you love, stop waiting.⁣

stop waiting.⁣
stop waiting.⁣

The opposite of fear is love - love of the challenge, love of the work, the pure joyous passion to take a shot at our dream and see if we can pull it off.
— Steven Pressfield, Do the Work.⁣

The first time I worked my way through this book, I cried. 😂 love of the challenge, love of the work... 😭🙌🏼 ⁣

I’ve always been a reader. It’s my absolute favorite hobby, but I need real books. I need to hold it, carry it around with me, dog ear the pages... even if you aren’t a reader like me, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘸𝘢𝘺. The actual book.

Highlight passages and dog ear pages, write quotes down and leave them on your mirror as a reminder. send a copy to a friend as you take on the year together. ⁣

And remember, it’s never too late to make your moves. ❤️
