In that vein, I am starting a Wellness Challenge! All you have to do is grab your Wellness Kit - Email or DM me to help you grab your items for the kit - and commit to intentional movement every day this month. That can be a 30 min walk, or a YouTube workout, or a Pilates class, etc. Your rules, your wellness. But let’s commit to doing this together! Health is wealth, y’all.
