Working out regularly isn’t for the faint of heart if you’re new to the fitness lifestyle. It took me a long time to figure out what motivates me to keep going, and to keep showing up.

What I’ve learned is, I’m most proud of the version of myself who…⁣

💫 fought for herself ⁣
💫 kept showing up especially when it was hard⁣
💫 advocated for her health ⁣
💫 started therapy ⁣
💫 pushed herself to new levels⁣
💫 spoke her truth ⁣
💫 didn’t allow herself to get distracted from her goals⁣
💫 and who kept going every damn day⁣
