Breakdown Of My Hair & Scalp Routine

It’s been a little while since I did a detailed breakdown of exactly what I’m currently using for both my haircare and scalp routine. Save this post so you’re able to come back to it!

01. In-shower Routine:⁣

🚿𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗽 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗯 weekly as my first wash to remove buildup, add shine and exfoliate. ⁣

🚿𝗜𝗥 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗼 + 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿. Always shampoo twice (except on scrub days)⁣

🚿𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲 twice a month to nourish and moisturize my hair. ⁣

02. Leave-in Products:⁣

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 L𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲-𝗶𝗻. I apply a pea sized amount to my towel dried front pieces and ends on wash days. This works all the way down to the cortex of the hair to rebuild broken bonds caused by heat, mechanical, environmental and chemical damage. ⁣

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘇𝘇 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆. like a keratin treatment + heat protectant in a bottle! Smooths hair and protects from heat up to 450 degrees.⁣

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆: thickens the strands and gives volume at the root. The best styling product for fine hair! ⁣

𝗖𝗖 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺: a leave-in on steroids. I apply this to my dry hair every night before bed. Moisturizes, strengthens, protects, adds shine. ⁣

03. Treatment Products:

𝗥𝗲𝗷𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗾𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹: the be all and end all of hair and scalp health. balances the scalp, nourishes hair, adds shine, protects, promotes growth. Roots to ends, massage in, leave-in overnight twice a week.⁣

𝗜𝗥 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺: decreases hair fall by 92%, immediately reduces breakage, gives you fuller, thicker looking hair in 60 days. I apply daily onto wet or dry scalp (scalp serum only, not for your ends) and massage in daily.⁣

The beauty of the haircare products I use is that they’re formulated for specific hair needs - they’re not a one-size fits all. This is what makes them so incredibly effective. To get started, so I’m able to offer you accurate product recommendations, it’s important I know your unique challenges!

Please head to my quick hair quiz, fill out the form there and I will get back to you shortly with some product suggestions.
